Small resort with mostly older park models. Directly across street from airport so lots of very loud military planes taking off. Nice pool. Walmart next door within walking distance. Good location other than airport lol

"We are here through Thousand Trails / Encore for a couple weeks. So far we've been here one week and we absolutely love it. We have stayed at quite a few parks and resorts, by far this is one of the nicest ones. It's not too big and not too small, lots of activities if you like that sort of thing. Q … more uite a few Park models and lots and lots of returning residents. One thing we found was that everyone was extremely friendly even if you're only here for a few weeks. We even got invited last minute by one of the residents to the end of the season picnic!❤️ We will definitely be returning in the future. "

"We really enjoyed our 2 stays here during our snow birding this winter. The RV sites are all well maintained, the pool too, and the extra activities involving food were welcome, and the permanent residents included us. I esp liked both lending libraries in this park and the one adjacent that is tot … more ally open for its use. Take a book, leave a book; with many good titles all well organized! "

We have been here since January and we LOVE this place!!! The staff is friendly, helpful and amazing and the tenants are friendly and respectful of others! Not only all that - It is Kid friendly and Pet friendly....AND AFFORDABLE!!! Can't be beat!!! .... Drive a little farther - Pay a lot less - and get the BEST!!!
