"I’m three months post back surgery and have been working with Kirsten mostly. It took me three PT places to find the right fit for my needs. First they took the time to understand my goals and where I wanted to go. The first few weeks didn’t feel like a cookie cutter program and felt tailored t … more o my specific restrictions. As time went on, I was safely and slowly pushed thru different exercises and movements. Even on some really frustrating days and a few set backs, the team (Adam, Andrew, Sara, Ivy etc) always worked as a team and ensured my motivation stayed high. Top that with they run a tight ship and are on top of everything from scheduling appointments to assistance understanding my workouts for the day. Last week I was able to pick up my 3 year old thanks to the attention to detail to my progressive rehab. I would recommend the rehab group to anyone who needs tailored PT to fit their active lifestyle. I still have a few more months to rehab but confident I will be back to my adventurous lifestyle. "

"My wife entered Encompass on June 29 / 2022 for a 2wk stay. She broke her hip and had surg a few days prior. Although a rehab facility in my opinion is a must, due to 2 past experiences I was somewhat apprehensive. When she arrived I had to chk in with the guard for the usual COVID stuff. He saw tha … more t I was obviously concerned having never been in the center before. He said, "you may not believe this but when peoples' 2wk stay is over they don't want to leave". I laughed and said "well, the jury is out on that one". I had elected to stay with my wife for the full 2wks sleeping in a recliner. I didn't trust anyone even though they had very good reviews. During the next 2wks I saw positive care to the likes that I could not believe. When my wife would push the button for help either the RN or CNA on duty would be in her room within a minute and a half and give her such concerned care the I was pleasantly amazed. When they would come by for their routine bp chk or pill giving they ALWAYS took extra time to chk her over, making sure she wasn't wet or uncomfortable in any way.The attention, response time and care that she got was off the charts. The only reason that I didn't rate Encompass a 10 was because the starts only went to 5. "
