Courteous friendly staff. I came in on a very busy day and they greeted and helped me. Prices reasonable and fixed something on the spot that did not take long. Minor issue and they did not make it a big one. I will definitely go back.

"I have had a couple of items altered but I wanted to talk about one particular visit. I picked up some pants that I requested be altered with a taper and no break. Following the alterations, I tried them on at the shop and liked the look. Once I got home, I tried them on again and moved around/sat d … more own and realized that I had changed my mind and wanted some changes. I called Pam a couple of days later and explained my dissatisfaction. She was kind and said I could come by and she would fix what I didn’t like. I explained that they were too tight around the calf and that I wanted the break to be closer to a full break. She always puts the customer first and did the alterations for FREE! Even though my request doesn’t correspond to the style that is in right now she listens to what the customer wants. Thank you Pam and your hard working staff!! Excellent service! "
