Bend n Zen is my yoga HOME! I just love it. The quality of the classes are outstanding. All of the instructors are consistent, knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging. Lovely Studio. Natural light, lovely floors amazing vibe. A good variety of classes, times and activities are offered on a pay what you can basis. I'm not sure if that is part of the magic of this place, but there is an authentic aspect of Yoga and heartfelt community here.
